1. General Provisions

2. Orders

2.3 The Terra-X online store reserves the right to refuse to accept an order in the event of a violation of the provisions of the regulations or exhaustion of the goods.

2.4 After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation of receipt of the order to the provided e-mail address.

3. Delivery

3.1 The Terra-X online store delivers orders via courier companies or Poczta Polska.

3.3 The Terra-X online store undertakes to send the order within the number of business days, consistent with the information on business days provided in the product card. The speed of delivery depends on the selected delivery method and the recipient's location.

4. Payments

4.1 The Terra-X online store allows customers to pay for orders via, online payments and Blik, PayPal and credit cards.

4.2 In the case of online payments, PayPal or card, the customer will be redirected to the payment service page, where they will be able to pay for the order.

5. Complaints

5.1 In the event of a defect in the goods, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

5.3 Terra-X online store will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

6.1 A customer with consumer status has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order.

7. Final provisions

7.1 These regulations come into effect on the date of publication on the Terra-X online store's website and are valid for the entire period of the store's operation.
